We have recently upgraded our delivery service with Royal Mail to offer a fully tracked service. This means you will receive a notification via text or email with an estimated delivery day and time slot and you will be able to follow your parcel along its delivery journey.

Your item should arrive within 24 -48 hours of it being dispatched from our manufacturing facility, depending on which service you choose. There may be slight delays currently due to the Covid crisis, however we hope that by upgrading to the tracked service, this will affect our deliveries less.

When we receive your order, it usually take 2-3 days to process and pack it, regardless of which delivery service you select. This can take longer during busy periods. If there is likely to be a significant delay with your order leaving us, we will let you know. Our online system will take payment upfront, regardless of how long it takes us to dispatch your order.

We will do everything in our control to get your chocolate to you in perfect condition, however we cannot be held responsible for anything that might happen to it once it has left our premises. We recommend that you select the Royal Mail 24 hour shipping service in warm weather so that your chocolate arrives as quickly as possible.
