The food scene in Wales is an exciting and vibrant one. You only have to visit one of the many food festivals to meet the huge array of passionate makers, growers and producers proudly showing off their lovingly made goods. One of our favourite things to do is experiment with locally sourced ingredients. When we think we've hit the jackpot with flavour, we will showcase it here. These are the really special bars.
